When you use the online booking or consultation function, we collect the information you actively provide: salutation, mobile number, consultation topic and message. To secure the service, the system also records submission time and source page.

We will not ask for sensitive personal information unrelated to this consultation, nor collect your ID number or bank account through this website.

The above information is used only for: contacting you to confirm a booking time, understanding your consultation needs, arranging a doctor consultation, and communicating about the arrangement when necessary.

We will not use your information for unrelated commercial promotion, nor sell or provide it to unrelated third parties. If disclosure is required by regulation, we will do so within the limits permitted by law.

3. Storage and security

Your submitted information is stored in a restricted directory on our server that browsers cannot access directly. We apply access control, transmission encryption and submission-rate limiting to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

Please note that the internet environment is not absolutely secure. We will keep improving technical and management measures, but cannot promise to eliminate every risk.

4. Retention period
