Our Philosophy
A brand founded by doctors
Gansu Xingmei Medical Aesthetics focuses on medical-aesthetics services. Founded with the participation of doctors, it starts from the medical service itself and cares about each patient’s individual situation, medical needs and care experience.
To us, medical aesthetics is first and foremost a medical act: it requires professional judgment, a sense of boundaries, and full respect for individual differences. Appearance change is only one outcome; what determines it is a whole medical process that can be explained, questioned and traced.
Therefore we put our main effort into the care process itself — whether the doctor fully understands your situation, whether the plan is built on assessment, whether risks are stated truthfully, and whether someone follows up after treatment. Through consultation, assessment, standardized care and communication, we aim to provide clear, rational information.
We also accept a fact: not everyone is suited to a given treatment. If assessment suggests it should be postponed, we will clearly explain why and suggest an alternative direction.

Assessment before treatment
We first determine suitability, then discuss how to treat. When temporarily unsuitable or expectations are unreasonable, we state it truthfully rather than recommending a plan first.

Treatment plans, procedure records and post-treatment follow-up are all kept on file, making it easy to review the whole process at each stage and to base later adjustments on evidence.

We explain risks and alternatives before treatment, report progress during treatment, and follow up on recovery afterward while keeping channels open.

Book your visit by phone or online and register basic visit information.
Doctor Consultation & Assessment
The doctor learns your needs, medical history, medication and prior treatments, then performs relevant examination and assessment.
Plan Communication
We explain options, indications, precautions, recovery and individual differences, and agree on the treatment pace together.
Treatment & Follow-up
Treatment is carried out per the plan with procedure records, followed by scheduled recovery follow-up and care guidance.

Institution status
The clinic is currently registered as "Gansu StarMaker Medical Aesthetics Outpatient Co., Ltd. Lanzhou Medical Aesthetics Clinic" and is operating normally. In 2024 the licence was lawfully changed from the former "Lanzhou Medical Aesthetics Outpatient Department" to the "clinic" type — a change of licence type and name, not a deregistration or closure; the address, services and physician team continue unchanged.

A few notes on medical aesthetics
Medical aesthetics is a medical act, performed in a licensed medical institution by qualified physicians. Every treatment has individual differences; the same method may react and recover differently in different people.
